Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Timeframe:
    • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 working days of placing your order.
    • For pre-orders, the return/exchange period is 14 working days from the date your order was received.
  2. Condition:
    • All returned items must be unworn, in re-sellable condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
    • Items that fail to meet these criteria may be returned to the customer.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Sale and promotional items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
    • Discounts or refunds cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased items.

 

Process and Guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a recorded delivery service for all returns, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.
  • Once items are received at our fulfillment center, they will be inspected for eligibility. Items deemed damaged, dirty, or un-resellable will be returned to the sender.
  • In specific cases, un-resellable items may be reviewed by our specialist team, which could extend processing times.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanged items will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds for sale or discounted products.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed for eligible items only. Shipping fees and other external costs are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 21 working days for returns or exchanges to be processed. Refunds are issued based on the amount paid, per the receipt and order details, and will follow your payment provider's timelines.

 

Important Notes

  • Retain your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
